Company Intranet and corporate communications tool, Internal Content Management System (CMS)

Client: Coleman Natural Foods. Golden CO

Industry: Food production and distribution

Description: The company had acquired various divisions across the US and needed a corporate Intranet to allow the corporate offices to communicate and distribute company materials to all the divisions. The secondary purpose was to bring all the disparate divisions into the fold and give each office a place to post project resources. share valuable site-specific information. and. in essence. give employees and groups a sense of belonging within their new company.
This was an in depth project that required input and content from various offices. The details included the purchase of an Intranet software. and then a taxonomy structure, the user interface design, and a marketing roll-out procedure.
The final product included an eCommerce feature that allowed employees to purchase products at special employee prices.
