Central NH Employment Services Site Redesign

Redesign existing Web site and create new logo

Client: Christine St. Cyr. Owner of Central NH Employment Services. Laconia and Concord. NH

Description: Central New Hampshire Employment Services’ (CNHES, Inc.) Web presence required a visual update to their site since it had been online with no modifications for more than ten years. Furthermore, because of the company's complex customer base, they needed a creative approach of focus on their two targets, employees and employer companies. The existing Web site needed improvement in their local page rankings on SERPs and used old technology that was way out of date, so it was difficult to manage and make frequent changes to job postings.

We created a new, up-to-date navigation, logo, gave the site an over-haul, designed it with bold and contemporary colors, focused on relevant keywords and updated metadata for improved SERP placement. We gave CNHES, Inc. the added benefit of local search results on Google Maps, and other location oriented search engines by listing the company on each one and applying custom details for more findability.

On the home page, visitors can now choose between two options, depending on whether they were potential company clients, or employee clients. The site is now easily managed by their staff using Contribute and has industry specific keyword and content for job seekers and potential company clients.
